Circa is simplicity, and the secret is in the discs. Circa discs—actually sturdy plastic discs—allow you to rearrange pages quickly and easily. They keep a snug hold on the paper but allow for a smooth release. To remove a page, take hold of the page near the discs and gently pull it toward you so the the paper detaches disc by disc. To add or refile a page, simply press the page around the discs.

"The perfect ubiquitous capture device" is how one fan of this flip-back notebook describes it. There’s a reason why the word fun is in functionality—just palm the Circa PDA for a few minutes and you’ll know why.

1. A mini manager for multiple meetings. Think conferences, trade shows, a trip where you’re scheduling back-to-back meetings. Use one card per meeting, with the person’s name and contact information, and file them sequentially. As appointments shift, just rearrange the cards. Use the flip side of the cards to note action points following your meeting.
2. A flash of inspiration. Punch in flash cards and the PDA becomes a teaching tool—for learning another language, memorizing those chemistry elements, studying Chinese characters and symbols.
3. A mini agenda/planner. One staff member creates a front section for scheduling, a center section for to-do lists and a back section for notes.
4. A vocabulary builder. Punch in a few of our word cards to power up your vocabulary. Swap them for fresh cards when you’ve mastered each batch.
